"The perfect place to stay in Denia. Fantastic room, super friendly staff, very clean. Just a short walk to the local beach, 10 minute walk to town and the main beach. So a perfect, quiet, area to chill and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Loved staying here. Highly recommend it."

"Basic but lovely apartment perfect for our 4 day stay in Benidorm. The apartment was clean and bright with one amazing sea view!!! Very close to old town and beaches and all the shops and entertainment Benidorm has to offer. Would definitely stay there again!!! "

"A great resort spot to enjoy the sun of Spain away from the chaos of Benidorm. Modern updated amenities made it very comfortable. We stayed in a Casita that was grouped with a few others around a pool so it felt private but didn't have a long isolated walk. Staff were all helpful and friendly."

"Its basic but clean. Can be noisy at night due to the stag and hen type groups. Quite a few rules to follow and check in can be a little slow if in a large group. Staff checked the room when checking out and returned the damage deposit straight away. "

"Pleasantly suprised with this spacious apartment . Good quality appliances in the kitchen . Everything spotless. Lots of clean towels. Large balcony to enjoy a glass of wine on . Reception area / sofa area nice to have a drink from the bar . Reasonably prices . Limited bar snack menu . Communal air con switched off but it was November, still a warm night though . We only booked two nights to see a show . "

"Just stayed one night but room was good, pool area looks nice but never had a chance to use it. Looks like a good hotel for and extended stay as the rooms have a kitchen and washing machine. AC was very good."

"Great communications from start to finish. Location is spot on, close enough to the centre but down a side st so quiet enough as well. I don't usually do reviews but felt compelled to write on this time. Do not hesitate to book here, you certainly won't be disappointed. "

"Had a good stay , good budget option , good location , 5 minute stroll in to old town , very good large super market within a minutes walk ,, useful fridge freezer , micro wave and cooker which i didnt use , house cleaning is once a week , not an issue 4 me being a solo traveller , plenty of towels to use ,, washing maching on site as well , good staff ,, would use again , would recommend,"

Great vacation location.

"This place is great! The rooms are a little small but who stays in the room when you are visiting Benidorm. The room with a sea view balcony was so relaxing, the view incredible. Breakfast every morning had so many choices, well laid out for flow, good presentation, but mostly very satisfying.very convenient location. Chairs and umbrella available to use at the beach right in front of the hotel."

"Very clean comfortable Breakfast is basic Not the quality food one may expect it was readable lots of choices For the rooom rate of only £33 it is well worth the money Pool is clean if a tittle cold in November. Sauna is good. A thermomiter and a timer really should be working No alarm system if solo use and you need help "
