"This place is unbelievable! Such an experience. It will definitely be memorable. The stones are so beautiful and modern. The views are stunning. They brought us a beautiful breakfast to our dome. The staff was amazing. Helping us with everything. They made a bonfire at night and helped us with it. They helped us with the outdoor jacuzzi. "Just phenomenal. Everything about this place is wonderful. Staff is easy to communicate with. The attention to detail is so appreciated. It's so clean and quiet. "The manager (female) of Casa Muru is so unfriendly and “Karen” like in nature that more than 5 of the neighboring restaurants, cafes, and stores warned me about her, and respectively expressed how difficult it was to communicate or cooperate with her."

"I arrived and looked after by Melvin for check-in. He was very helpful, explaining the area, the hotel, and answered some of my questions. The hotel is right behind the Plaza de Armas. The area is safe at all hours. The hotel has a good breakfast for long hours. I got a boxed breakfast the last day as I was going to Machu PIcchu. The courtyard is beautiful and charming; in the evening they set up fire heaters so you can enjoy the night with a drink. i highly recommend it."

"Beautiful historical home/museum. Service the best I gave ever seen-- personal, friendly, efficient. Beautiful property. Small but comfortable room with spa tub, heated bathroom marble floors, great breakfast included. Lunch and bar excellent! "
