"The staff was extraordinarily nice and very willing to help with anything. The area around the hotel isn’t the nicest, although, that just is what it is. The location was very close to Huacachina, which was very convenient. We were advised to be back by dark. The hotel itself was very cute and had a trendy, boutique-style to it. "

"It was a great get away with my family. Nevertheless I think there’s much more they can do for the guests. The restaurant options are very limited, no food after certain hours and lack of information of the activities. I was following where the rest of the guests were moving to find out what was the next activity. "It is at the end of a U shaped pathway around the oasis with a great view on the pool side of the dunes. Very close to restaurants and other fun places around like banana bar. At the same time, its quiet despite the music nearby all night. Nice rooms and the make good trip reccomendations. Definitely safe."
