"Lobby is on the 29th floor so the view was gorgeous from our room. Amenities were fantastic and loved the size and layout of our room (2 queen bedroom). Personally found the pillows too soft but had no issues calling down for extra pillows which were brought to us very quickly."

"My family has stayed in many hotels in Japan, and this one was top notch. It was an elegant hotel, and provided rooms which were large with large bathrooms (included both shower and separate tub). Large picture window with two cushioned chairs to lookout over the city (we were on the 27th floor). There was a lot of room for our luggage and bags. "We picked this hotel because our past positive experience with the same chain in Koyoto. This locate is even better just 5 mins walks to JR Umeda/Osaka station. Room is spacious, Clean, bed is comfortable. My only gripe is the pillow but that's just me and want something harder. "

"Amazing experience staying here. While not directly next to a station (5 min walk) there is a Family Mart located directly across the street for a quick bite/drink. Rooms are clean and enough elevators to serve all guests. Staff are friendly and helpful to any requests. Other reviews complain about noise which I didn’t find an issue (especially after staying in New York City hotels). Would come back again! "

"Location is great! The rooms are a bit small but the bed and facilities are all great. Right next to a subway station and 10 min walk to Osaka Station. Lots of restaurants by the hotel too and a great spa on 2nd floor. Thank you! "
