Un logement qui mériterait quelques améliorations

Loggia qui mériterait d’être aménagée, pas de WC au Rdc, draps et serviettes remis sans emballage (directement dans le sac où on met le linge sale, alèses plastique, bas rideau douche jauni, maison pour 6 personne mais linge remis pour 2. Par contre cuisine et séjour très bien, allées intérieures jolies, et surtout bon emplacement pour visiter la région.

La struttura è bella ed è stato un piacevole soggiorno. L'appartamento era pulito e carino con arredi moderni. Ci sono però alcune lacune nei servizi che in un residence a 4 stelle non sono accettabili. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono consegnati in una sacca al momento del check-in e te li devi trasportare nell'appartamento e farti i letti. Al check-out devi riconsegnare la sacca con le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. Quindi devi alla fine disfare i letti. Una cosa inaudita. In un residence a 4 stelle i letti devono essere gia fatti e tutto deve essere pronto e quando te ne vai non devi preoccuparti di disfare i letti. Il wi-fi a pagamento nel 2022 è un altro aspetto inaccettabile. Nella zona attorno alla piscina ci sono sedie e lettini comodi ma manca l'ombra. Suggerisco di creare delle zone d'ombra. Non è stato fornito il minimo indispensabile per la pulizia dei piatti. Insomma la struttura è carina ma ci sono alcune sui servizi.

Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse avec grande table bien que le parasol cassé était petit pour avoir de l’ombre .Nous avons été étonnés de passer par la buanderie(obligation de fermer l’entrée en plus..) dans une résidence 4 * pour accéder à l’appartement et 2 escaliers pour porter les valises en arrivant .De plus les lits n’étaient pas faits et un seul portant avec 6 cintres pour 4 personnes donc valises ouvertes dans chambre assez étroite bien sûr , nous n’avions pas à ouvrir le grand canapé 3 places heureusement !

Bonjour j'avais loué du 14032020 au 21. Au bout de 3 jours, on nous a averti à 10h00 pour 12h00, que la résidence hôtelière, il a fallu faire très vite pour faire le ménage et plier nos affaires 😏. L'appartement était très mal fini, et n'était pas fonctionnel. Le petit déjeuner était plus que léger. L'accueil et les conseils étaient réduits a leur minimum. Donc j'attends le remboursement des 4 jours non effectués , Cordialement Michel Gillet

Pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles

L'hébergement est tt à fait acceptable car récent et bien equipé. Cependant des petits détails sont décevants tels que des lits enfants dont certaines lattes manques et un matelas aussi confortable qu'une brique. Des petites étagères seraient bien pratiques ds chaque SDB car on ne sait on poser ses affaires ! Une poubelle de cuisine plus grande serait aussi judicieuse. Quant à notre séjour durant les fêtes de Noël à l'Oustaou de l'isle sur sorgues, nous n'en garderons que des mauvais souvenirs, pas de possibilité d'accéder au Spa ni au billard car pas de personnel présent sur place à cause de Noël. Une info sur le site aurait été utile. Le pire restera la soiree de Noel et la nuit passée sans chauffage ds une maison glaciale. Malgré un appel sur le n* de port d'urgence vers 18h30, nous n'avons eu aucun retour de personne jusqu'au lendemain matin (car aucun employé d'astreinte) et avons dû passer la nuit ds une maison dont la température ne devait pas dépasser les 17 degrés. Je considère qu'un etablissement qui se vante d'être un 4 étoiles ne peut se permettre de laisser ses clients dormir sans chauffage ! Nous n'avons eu aucune excuse de la part des employés le lendemain, ni même aucun geste commercial suite à nos déboires... Un café ou un petit dej offert aurait été apprécié le lendemain matin...mais rien ! 😖☹😡😡😡

A week in Provence that created great memories

There were a few negatives but overall we enjoyed a very memorable stay in a lovely part of Provence. There was a problem with the paid-for Internet service which meant you could not sign up and pay for it online so had to ring them and do it manually after the weekend. We asked for a ground floor apartment due to mobility problems when booking but the message was apparently never received by Residence Lagrange Vacances and we ended up in a first floor apartment. There was a lift but it was out of action! The apartment was clean, spacious, well maintained and furnished with lots of light and a south facing balcony. Both a bath and separate shower were in the bathroom with a WC in a separate room. The bedroom was a little small but adequate. Kitchen area was clean, modern and adequate with a good fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, microwave oven, extractor and dishwasher plus sufficient storage space for provisions etc. There was no wardrobe hanging provision so clothes had to be left on shelves though. Reception staff extremely pleasant, polite and helpful, and spoke good English and French. Great indoor spa pool and sauna onsite which was very welcome. Breakfast also available on-site but we did not take this up. Bread/croissants etc. can also be ordered and collected from reception. Separately controlled climate control/air conditioning in bedroom and living area. Ample secure parking close to apartments. Overall, a real bargain and great value for money!

Good place to stay & Great Town to visit

Only problem was that we had to make our own bed and clean the apartment afterwards. No cleaning materials provided or washing up liquid. Nice maisonette and good for a family. Swimming Pool in summer and guest lounge with a pool table. Breakfast can be booked. WiFi isn’t free - subscription required.
