"This accommodation is in an ancient, converted farmhouse. It has been refurbished in sympathy with the building and maintains plenty of character. The owners are lovely. Breakfast was delicious. The tiny mountain village is really pretty and unspoilt."

"This was one of the best ski in / out hotels I’ve ever stayed. The staff were most helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurants were great to eat. The wine and cocktails were on the high price but very much worth it. "

I will be returning to this hotel for sure. 5* hotel and gave a 5* service. One area that could be better was the menu in the main restaurant. I suggest offering some classic dishes for dinner. "Comfortable hotel in a good location. The room was compact which was tricky as we had lots of skiwear but this was more than made up for by the hot tub, sauna, steam room and ski lockers with boot warmers! The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. You can park right outside (snow permitting) to unload before parking in one of the main car parks. Recommended, especially if you book one of their larger rooms."

"La propreté au Chalet Della Guida est impeccable, tant le linge que la vaisselle et la salle de bain. "This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner. "

"This is a property, that like the owners, is past its best. No buffet breakfast, its given to you on a plate. No self service coffee. Room decor is poor at best. Human hair on carpet tiles and skirting boards in room. Didnt bother staying for the second night."
