"Overall a vey high quality hotel. However, I had half board and although the quality of the food was excellent , I would have thought that dinner should give some options on the menu. They were happy to provide alternative if I had asked during the day. Butter should given with the bread instead having to ask each time. An additional cheese dish at 22 euros is a little expensive."

"La résidence est calme est très bien située, proche des commerces et juste à côté de la station de ski. La vue du 3ème étage est magnifique et l'appartement est bien entretenu. Le monsieur de la réception est très accueillant et serviable. Cependant, la literie est peu confortable. "

"Loved the place, accommodation was great, perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens, very comfortable and stunning views t the mountains. Also very well located for shuttles to ski lifts, shopping, restaurants. Bar, restaurant and social area on the ground floor were very convenient and great vibes. Staff was amazing!!"

"Service is good like always. Lauren is super! Explain things properly and helped us with delivery etc... We did not use the restaurant at this trip due to the global health threats otherwise we always loved the restaurant there. "

"The location is nice, with little grocery stores and a park nearby. The furniture and bathroom as well as the spa are very dated and not well maintained. We didn't really feel at home (smelly toilet and also because the heating was off and we had to use an electric heater). It is a nice hotel overall, but it just seems past its time."

"We had a really nice stay at Hotel Ibiza. The staff are super friendly and make the time to chat to you which is nice. The food was lovely lots of choice and we ate there on New Year’s Eve and they cooked beef wellington this was delicious. The spa and swimming pool facilities was nice after a day on the slopes. "After a shaky start at check in and a mix up with our reservation our stay was great. Reception staff very helpful. Close to gondola with access to various slopes. Room was fine with well equipped kitchen etc. water a little cold in the spa swimming pool but overall would definitely recommend this hotel. "

Wonderful hotel in prime location

"Amazing hotel right by the slopes. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The restaurant is fabulous with a great menu that is executed well. The staff are wonderful and attentive. The spa is perfect for post-ski relaxation. The only feedback I would give is that service on the terrace and bar could’ve been a little more frequent. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family coming to the area."
