I had an incredible stay at Tsukimi hotel! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to major tourist spots, stores, and easy access to public transit. Lawson and 7/11 are walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided amazing service, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The amenities were extremely clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. Whether you’re exploring the city or just looking for a cozy place to rest, this hotel is an excellent choice. I can’t wait to stay here again on my next trip! Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Really one of the highlights of my trip which seems crazy when talking about a property. The staff were so friendly, the capsules so clean and comfortable, a safe and locker just for extra security, clean bathrooms with a good shower soaps available etc. If there were ever any minor problems (rare) then the staff were super willing to help and very friendly. Sleeping conditions ideal. Everything was really perfect to be honest and it was the best stay on my whole trip AND it only cost 4700 yen!!! Wonderful experience.

It is a 49mn walk from Kyoto train station. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Some spoiled brats were on my floor. They were noisy, dirty and no class whatsoever. I called the front desk on them to put some order. Other than that, I loved the location. Food, shopping, temples, shrines etc.... It's THE spot.

The manager Kenji is amazing. Very kind man that is the standard for japanese hospitality. His staff, Yuri and Takumi are both kind and helpful as well. You’re in Gion so you’re in the heart of things in Kyoto. Easy walking from the capsule. I had stayed two weeks before and loved it but this time out I thought it was just ok. Stayed in the fourth floor and is very different from the second floor which I had stayed before. Weird.

They insisted on keeping bright lights on in pod sleeping area till 12 am whuch boggles the mind. I dont think the manager was all that bright.
