The hotel is stylish and modern and is a great location near shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable, well appointed and a good size for Japan. It is great value with a small tasty breakfast included. The hotel is in a quiet location, with transport and attractions within walking distance.

Great property and location, close to a train station! There’s also an amazing Wagyu place about 5 minute walk away with affordable prices. The basic room we stayed at was really nice and found everything in the room to be efficiently designed. All the room controls next to your bed, a TV that even tells you about the laundry room status for each machine. Check In and Out options was very simple, and i would reccomend choosing the Breakfast option when booking a room - you won't regret it! I highly reccomend this stay when in Kyoto!

Just what I need. Modern, covenient and clean. Good location and transportation options. What I wish I knew earlier is that you can pre-order non-standard (pay option) breakfast ahead of time. Contact hotel staff. There are also bicycles thay guests can use but I didn't realize it until I checked out of hotel.

The hotel is in a great location about 15 min walks to the nearest metro station. Right around the corner is the shopping street and Nishiki Market. The hotel staffs are exceptionally professional, kind, and helpful in every way.

Very pleased with the stay. The hotel is like a hidden gem in the center of the town, walking distance to bus & subway station (4 - 7 minutes walk); And if you choose to walk to some of the attractions nearb, you'd discover many surprising beautiful temples along your foot trail... Hotel itself is very clean, modern setting, staff were friendly; their English is limited, but put your Google translate in use, it'll solve anything that you need... * Only complaint was the breakfast portion was too small, only last me for a hour or so before getting hungry again lol, but I'm 5'7" and a hiker ~ so it's not a deal breaker and not bug enough to take off a star ...
