建物自体は比較的綺麗でしたが、スタッフの対応が残念でした。 とは言え、綺麗さにおいても、犬の毛が落ちていたり、テレビ裏に埃が溜まっていたり、お風呂のドアにカビが生えていたりと、掃除が行き届いていないようでビジネスホテル以下でした。 スタッフの応対についてですが、別々の担当者から、合計3回メールとExpediaのチャットでチェックイン時間を聞かれました。社内で連携はされていないのでしょうか？3回とも回答しましたが、どれに対してもお返事ないのも不信感がありました。 最悪だったのはチェックイン時です。 ・お伝えしていた予定時間に到着しても、担当者がいない。 ・事務所に電話しても繋がらない。 ・メールで案内されていた公式LINEに到着した旨を連絡しても応答なし。結局、宿泊後1日経った今も返事はないまま。 ・5分ほど遅れて担当者到着。 ・私服である上にはっきり名乗られなかったので、担当者かわからず、戸惑った。 ・女性を連れていたが、説明なし。(女性の方は身軽だったので他の施設の宿泊者ではなく、友達もしくは彼女を連れてきたのでは？) ・ちゃんとした説明もなく身分証の提示を求められた。〇〇のため身分証が必要となります、とお伝えいただきたい。 ・宿泊費支払い済み/現地支払いをちゃんと把握されていなかった。「支払い済みなので宿泊税のみお願いします」と言われたが、現地支払いだったのでこちらから指摘した。指摘しなかったらどうなっていたのだろう？ ・支払い済みかの確認をするため、どこかにお電話されていたが繋がっていなかった。発信音がLINE電話で驚いた。せめて、個別に連絡するのではなく、問い合わせ対応ができる事務所に連絡すべきではないのか。 ・タブレットで確認しようとしていたが、操作方法を理解していないのか、確認できなかった。 ・挙げ句の果てには、こちらに確認するよう言ってきた。 ・PayPayのQRがあったので、PayPayの支払いを希望したが、使い方がわからないと言われた。 ・領収書は出せないとのこと。(ここまでの案内の段取りが悪く、領収書がないのはトラブルになりかねないと思った。) ・部屋のキーのパスを伝えるためのQRを突然「読み込みお願いします」と言われた。Googleドライブ(？)に飛び、そこにキーが記載された画像があったが、何のためのQRかの説明が足らなかった。 ・部屋のキーの入力方法をわかっていない。我々と一緒に入力方法を悩んでいた。(キーの末尾＊は、#と言い出したり、何も分かっていないのが露骨に出ていた。) ・部屋の説明等なく、一通り手続きが終わったら、即いなくなった。入室後、すぐ備品を確認しが、タオルがなかなか見つからず苦労した。 ・こちらも聞き漏れていたのはあるが、チェックアウト方法の案内がなかった。 上記のように建物自体には大きな問題はないが、スタッフの教育が全く出来ていない印象を受けました。これまでカプセルホテルや一棟貸しのお宿に泊まったことはありますが、ここまでスタッフの質が悪いお宿は初めてです。 一般的なホテルの当たり前が通用せず、初めて宿泊される方にはおすすめできないです。

犬と宿泊するのにとても良い施設だと思います。ただ４人と犬1匹で泊まると２人がダブルベット、１人がソファベット、もう１人が布団になるのですがマットレスなどがないため床が硬くてちょっと痛いかなと思いました。マットレスも準備しておいてくれると良かった。

清潔で行き届いたサービスに大満足です

犬連れということでこちらのおせわになりましたが、玄関には犬用の足洗い設備にタオルが常設され、部屋内にもフェンスやケージに足拭き用のタオルに抜け毛用のコロコロまで用意してあり、清潔でとても快適で、営業上の採算が取れるのか心配になるほどでした。また利用したいと思います。

犬との京都

犬を連れての旅行でした。22年7月の京都はとても暑く、バギーを持っていきいつも連れて歩こうと思ったがとても無理でした。長い時間は犬だけにしませんでしたが、コンビニに行く間やランチの間涼しい部屋に（車の中ではなく）置けたのでよかったです。

猫を連れて行ったんですが、部屋が広くてきれいで、いろいろペットのための物がいろいろ用意されていました。 パーキングも有料ですが、近くにあります。 静かで快適でした。

ありがとうございました

里帰りのために娘と愛犬とで滞在。トイレシートや防臭袋や犬用のタオルなど犬に手厚い設備が揃っていて快適に過ごすことが出来ました。お掃除も行き届いていました。１階のお部屋に泊まったのですが、京都ならではの日本家屋で２階の方の足音や物を落とした音でビックリしてしまうことが何度もあり、２階に滞在する方にはそのあたりの注意点をお伝えされるといいかと思います。
