Cozy home away from home!
With an awesome location! Quick access to I-35, 45, Circuit of the Americas, HEB, Walmart, hospitals, and restaurants. Located in a quiet, established, and safe neighborhood right off I35, 20 minutes to downtown Austin and San Marcos.
This is a large, 2100 sq ft home, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, with large kitchen, laundry, 2 living rooms, and 2 dining areas, and a back yard. Cozy home away from home!
Full Kitchen, 2 living rooms and 2 dining rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and laundry room. The master has an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and garden tub.
There are 4 bedrooms, with 1 queen bed, 2 double beds and one bunk bed with a double bed on bottom and single bed on top. The house sleeps 8 adults comfortably.

Beautiful back yard with covered patio area. Perfect for enjoying a glass of wine.
Sorry no grill at this time.

EV CHARGER - Level 2 universal charger (NACS with J1772 adapter) This is located in the garage so if you need access please reach out to me for further access to garage. Thanks.

We are very dog friendly, but please let me know when booking if you are bringing a dog. There will be an additional $150 pet cleaning fee. I will request this charge separately after accepting the booking if it was not added during booking. 2 dog limit- please reach out with any questions or concerns.

POOL:
The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If this is important for your visit, please reach out to me prior to booking, so I can check on any updates on the pool being open.

**The master closet and garage will be locked and not available for use, this is our storage area, as we do live in this home part-time.If you do need use of the garage for motorcycles, bicycles, or special circumstance please reach out.

Great Place for Getaway Weekend
Our family visited Kyle to view the 2024 Eclipse. The home was in a quiet neighborhood convenient to the shopping areas and highways to Austin, the Hill Country and San Antonio. The extra pluses included a well stocked kitchen and nice, private backyard.

Convenient Location
This house was in a convenient location close to major stores and places to eat. It served its purpose as a place for us to sleep while visiting family. The house was tidy, vacuumed, and well stocked for our stay. I think the house is in need of a deep clean. There was a noticeable musty smell as soon as we arrived and my socks got very dirty after walking around inside for only about an hour. Since it is a pet friendly house, the carpets probably need to be professionally cleaned and shampooed and not just vacuumed.

15 Minutes from Harris Hill Raceway!
Nice house, easily accommodates 8 adults (4 couples). The driveway is HUUUGE enough to park your tow rig and race car trailer, our trailer is 22 feet plus the Jeep Grand Cherokee, fit, no problem. Close to a few gasoline stations so you can fill up your fuel jugs before you head to the racetrack. And, the house is about 15 minutes from Harris Hill Raceway!

Stayed here for 4 nights. In town celebrating college graduation. House was perfect condition and very easy location to access. We waited late to book so I was worried about distance to campus, but it was close and very easy drive to San Marcus with easy access to 35. House itself was clean and had all amenities we needed. Good floor plan gave us plenty of spade.

Great Home Base for South Austin
We stayed for the entire month of February 2022 for the purpose of visiting my mother who lives in the Onion Creek area of South Austin. This house was a mere 15 minute drive. Great location: It is close to stores and easy on and off from IH35. The neighborhood is good. We brought our 2 dogs and walked all over the place. Fenced back yard was also good for them. The house is described accurately on VRBO and was well stocked. We had no problems during our stay, and will stay there again. Thanks, Heidi!

We came into Kyle for a wedding- we were bringing my 15 month old and wanted to avoid noisy hotel rooms while providing a home-like environment for her weekend. This home met every standard of a “home away from home”! The location was convenient for stores, food, entertainment, etc- you name it. The home itself was cozy (indoor fireplace for those cold nights), spacious, comfortable and family friendly. We overly enjoyed our stay!
