"We were visiting Tanzania with 2 families and kids. We picked this property because of proximity to the ferry terminal. It did not disappoint, with a beautiful apartment at a good price and spectacular views of the harbor. Kids in our group loved the outdoor pool on the 4th floor. "The apartment is okay as it has all the facilities that are promised in the booking.The only problem which is a big one is the cleanliness.there is some degree of neglect in cleaning up the facility and making it fit for the purpose.Bathroom tiles both floor and wall are not clean and wall tiles are sticky.The furniture is dusty.It would be a good place if the cleaning people made some effort to give it a thorough cleanup.otherwise it was quiet and the staff very friendly and hospitable."
