"I am traveling with a friend, it’s our first time in Bali. We came from Ubud area. We’re impressed with the hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly, always eager to help with anything we needed. The hotel’s setting was stunning. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight, with a diverse selection of delicious options. The hotel itself had a lush, we really loved walking around at night. Christmas decorations were beautiful to take nice pictures too. The beachfront location provided easy access to a nearby shopping mall, and restaurants which were very convenient. "

"The staff were very accommodating and super helpful. I had to catch an early flight so she made arrangements for me to get a packed breakfast. The hotel provided a dinner option which I could prepay. This was super helpful because by the time I got to the hotel it was a bit late and I didn’t feel comfortable heading out to an unknown restaurant by myself."

"Every thing was great. Starting from the staff, the amenities, the pool, the food and of course the rooms. Check in was earlier than advertised which is perfect. Location is very good and near markets, malls and Waterbom. Breakfast was delicious and versatile with 2 different restaurants serving the breakfast. The only point I was bothered by is having male employees cleaning women's bathrooms. It was uncomfortable for my wife. Other than that, Bali Dynasty will be our destination next time we are in Bali. "
