Unique in the sense that I felt like I traveled through time. The premises looked like an old resort on the Baltic sea for the USSR Nomenklatura (all concrete! painted though). Facilities offer air con, hot water and clean rooms, however the hotel is so old that few things work properly (bay windows and doors don t close properly). There are 3 main buildings, one is actually ready to receive guests. It looks like this hotel has been abandoned for many years, and has been bought by someone who is struggling to render it suitable for hotel business (hence the price per night, 11 dollars!). In conclusion: very cheap and clean (and centraly located) but for a few more bucks there is definitely better. As for people who wrote some of the reviews and gave it a 8/10 grade... I don't know either they spent their last vacation in Bengladesh, or they are on acid trip!
thank you for reading.
