"My husband and I spent one amazing night here after hiking Mt Fuji the day before. We didn't know what to expect at our first Onsen but Kusatsu Onsen Buon exceeded our expectations. It is conveniently located by Yubatake Hot Springs and Sainokawara Park. It has a very zen and peaceful atmosphere. We booked a 90 min full body massage at the hotel and the masseuses were spectacular. They addressed every aching body concern after our hike! The

"It was an amazing hotel within easy reach of restaurants, shops and the Yubatake.

and dinner were superb and staff were attentive. The only thing I’d comment on is that the fact that there’s no elevator in the buildings. So the staff has to carry guests baggage’s up and down the stairs, which was brutal. Other than that, it was a pleasant getaway with outstanding onsens. "

"The staff was really nice. We got free milk and it was only ¥100 for extra bottles if milk, which are a MUST when taking an onsen. We had a private onsen in our room, but there were also public onsen in the hotel! Everything was super clean and the hotel is located close to the bus-terminal."
