we had a perfect two-night stay at the Kusatsu Now Resort. First the staff has the best service I have ever experienced even though there was a language barrier. but the staff went beyond everything to keep us happy. Secondly the town of Kusatsu is really beautiful and compact so absolutely worth of visit!

アメニティがとても充実していた。 ビュッフェの食事だけでなく飲み物も豊富で満足だった。 ただ壁紙が破れていたり、シャワーが壊れていたり、鏡が古く傷んでいたり…宿泊費をあれだけ取るならもう少し施設も綺麗にしてもらえるとありがたいです。

GWのためだけでなく、総合的に高いと思いました。スタッフの方はよいですし、湯畑とのバスの送迎も本数が多いとは思いませんが、助かります。しかし、部屋から温泉まで遠く、別棟のスーパー銭湯に行かされている気分です。夕食時に財布を持っていかないと部屋付けできないのもびっくりました。
