Loved the cats and how well looked after they are. Our room was lovely, and the cleaners were brilliant. Our balcony was disappointing, the pool bar also wasn’t open.

Overall nice and pleasant visit

Overall nice experience except few things.. our cleaning crew had left our balcony door open , luckily no cats inside, only on the balcony chairs .. ( we had first floor). At Gym , no treatmill was working and many other things were rusted. Pool area was beautiful, breakfast and dinner just fine ! Bed comfy and nice clean sheets! Location great , no need to climb the hills .. just at the Marina .

It is always hard to review a property when you are used to staying at higher starred venue so this review is based on the cost and also the star it is. Location- very good location right next to the marina, easy to get to many restaurants and we stayed here to be close to Ephesus which worked well for us and we had nice dinners out. Food- we looked at the breakfast buffet but chose against it due to being quite basic however for the price paid for the room it is adequate. Dinner again we ate out so cannot comment. Room-great size minimal charging sockets (had to unplug lamps etc) storage space great. Wifi didnt work in the room so this was a bit annoying but strong in main lobby. Could have been a cleaner room some stains on the sofa etc but again for a short stay and for the low price perfectly adequate. Bed was ok and aircon worked well, room was quiet. I think for the price and for a short stay if you will not spend much time in the room it is worth it, the entrance and staff are very nice but i do think the place could do with updating in many areas.

Overall is okey compare to other places in the area . But all the room need more attention, spider in an econometric room . Cat are around all area of the hotel and if you are allergic to cat please pay attention . Dinner is included but for soft drink like water and fizzy drink with dinner you need to pay extra .

Von diesem Hotel waren wir insgesamt enttäuscht. Was wirklich schön war: der Pool. Sehr groß, sauber und ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten für die Gäste. Das war aber auch das Einzige. Die Zimmer sind zwar geräumig, haben jedoch einige Abnutzungserscheinungen (Flecken an den Wänden, am Sofa, usw.) und waren nur oberflächlich sauber. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts, wurde nicht richtig saubergemacht. Es war z. B. die ganze Woche lang unser Boden voller Sand von Strandbesuchen, die Reinigungskraft hat aber lediglich die Handtücher gewechselt und selbst da haben wir ab Tag 4 einfach keine frischen Badetücher mehr bekommen. Als wir ankamen funktionierte zuerst die Karte zum Türöffnen und dann auch die Fernbedienung der Klimaanlage nicht. Als wir an der Rezeption um Batterien gebeten hatten hieß es, es kommt gleich jemand zu uns rauf - es kam aber nie jemand, bis wir es nochmal selbst in die Hand genommen haben und mit Fernbedienung nach unten gingen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls enttäuschend, da merkt man eben doch den günstigen Preis, wenn einem das billigste an Industriekäse- und Fleisch serviert wird, das nur nach Pappe und Gummi schmeckt. Zuletzt war da noch das Hotelpersonal, dies war zwar überwiegend höflich, dennoch wenig hilfsbereit. Man hatte das Gefühl, irgendwie unerwünscht zu sein. Zuletzt noch die laute Umgebung - bis ca. 3 Uhr Nachts wurde man mit lauter Partymusik beschallt, was wohl an einem in der Nähe liegenden Club gelegen hat. Alles in allem rate ich ab.

Çalışanlar kabaydı odamızdan böcek çıktı tamam olabilir ama bit çözüm üretmek için çaba bile gösterilmedi. Servis açar mısınız diyorum mesela burdaki masalarda servis var oraya otur yanıtı alıyorum, sonuçta tatildeyiz ve havuz kenarında yemek istedik çocuk gibi azarlandık. Bar çok pahalı karşıdaki deniz kenarında barda bile kokteyler yarı fiyatıydı. Tek iyi yani çocuk gürültüsü olmaması. Yemekler özellikle tatlılar çok kötüydü

Oteldeki sessizlik ve doğa güzelliği çok iyiydi. Tv çalışmıyordu ve terlik bırakılmamıştı. İkram olarak odağa bırakılan kahveler eksiydi. Akşamları müzik sesleri geç saatlere kadar sürüyor ve rahatsız edici seviyede. Kahvaltı ve yemeklerde bitenlerin yerine birşey konulmuyordu.

Otel genel değerlendirme

Öncelikle ben sigara içilebilen ve balkonlu oda istemiştim. Ancak odanın -1 de olması hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Ancak oda temizlik ve genişliği oldukça iyiydi.konforlu ve lüks bir odaydı. Sadece tuvalet üstü açık ve odayla arasında sadece duş gibi bir kapısı vardı bu çok rahatsız ediciydi. Onun dışında hizmet temizlik otelin olanakları havuzu oldukça iyi. Ek olarak, her ücretli siparişte ayrı imza alınıyor ve ayrı adisyon harcanıyor bu çok gereksiz hem kağıt açısından hem imza açısından. Son olarak, çok fazla soğan ağırlıklı yemekler var sabah öğlen ve akşam herşey soğanlı. Soğan sevmeyen insanlarında dikkate alınması gerektiğini belirtmek isterim. Ama kuşadasına tekrar geldiğimde konaklayacağım bir otel.

Følte os lidt som andenrangs gæster nede i kælderen. Ret mørkt værelse. Der var skimmel i bruser. Meget lydt på gangen. Ved bookning var der ikke oplyst at der ikke var balkon. Morgenmad var ok, men aftensmad kedelig. Beliggenhed var god. Bad hotellet om at booke transfer fra lufthavn men det gjorde de ikke og svarede ikke på vores mails efterfølgende. Levede ikke op til vores forventninger i forhold til salgsmaterialet.
