"We started badly, as the day we arrived there was really loud music from a bar next door until 3am. However, we were then changed to another flat where the noise was much less. We also had a few issues with appliances not working, but the property tried to fix them and if they couldn’t they let us use the appliances in another flat that was empty. The manager and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Great location easy walking to old city. The room has great potential however the TV was missing (just an empty wall bracket) and the garage remote was unavailable. This was not communicated ahead of time and Management seemed to be unaware until we contacted them. Management was very quick to respond but was unable or unwilling to find a solution. "Lovely experience, couldn’t have been nicer. The hosts were so kind and friendly and the apartment was very well maintained with many amenities and the bed was very comfortable. Peaceful and quiet and we even had two swallows building a nest in the eaves."

Great hotel and amazing staff

"The staff here are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Many lovey touches. The suites are in a separate building but only a couple of mins walk and the staff will transfer all your luggage if you require. The suites are very spacious and everything you could require has been though of. A big thank you for the suprise birthday cake!"
