"清潔で室内で快適に過ごせました。Wi-Fiも使え、キッチンも食器など十分にありましたし、風呂トイレも清潔でした。タオルはバスタオルとハンドタオルなので、フェイスタオルのみ持参した方が良いですね。3階でエレベーターが無いので、荷物を運ぶのは少々大変ですが、仕方がないでしょうね。また機会が有れば利用させて頂きたいと思います。"

"トイレが狭かった。せめてウォシュレットが着いているといいなぁと思いました。上の部屋の物音がすごくうるさかった。でも、清潔で、お部屋もチェックインした時からとても暖かくて快適でした。"

"元は古いアパートを、内装・設備を新しくして、しかもとても清潔な状態で提供いただいています。いい滞在になるようにとの気遣いを感じられる気持ちの良い宿です。（シャワーのお湯の温冷が安定せず苦労しましたが（笑））メールで来る自動連絡？からの返信ができなかったり、チェックアウトのこれも自動連絡？がチェックアウト後に来たり、がちょっと残念でしたが、直接メールで丁寧にフォローいただきました。ありがとうございました。"

"The staff was friendly and the cost was great,. The bathroom was tight and had no room to move around but the facility was old but clean. I would recommend for a budget traveler who only needs a place to sleep. this hotel met my expectations in terms of cleanliness. "

"Great spot. Close to Tokorozawa Station. Shops, restaurants and bakeries are a short walk. The room was kind of small for 3 large American men. The communication with us was excellent. Very quiet location but close to things to do. "

"Space is tight, so it's hard to keep clear. (1Near to train station. Hardly any cars, however floors are too thin, can hear upstairs guest moving luggage. Quiet neighborhood, surrounded by 24hr convenient stores and 3 supermarkets. Quite a bit dining options although they are far apart."

"Small, but clean apartment. The location is great - very close to train station and MANY restaurants. The owner provided quick responses to questions."

"Our floor was on the second floor and there was no elevator to go the second floor and the stairs were so narrow. Imagine having to carry luggage up narrow steps. The bath towels were so little and thin so bring your own, which you shouldn’t have to. On the plus side, it was roomy and had a washer and dryer. Quiet neighborhood and not too far from the train station. It was clean but very dated. Fridge and freezer worked great and it had two air conditioning units. "

"Mr. Kusunoki is such a pleasant man. He sent us the best routes to get to places on multiple occasions, and shared with us many spots to go. He used his many connections to get us discounts on watches, and informed us the cheapest way to buy train tickets, and amusement park tickets. If we come back to Tokyo, we will be staying here again."

"Stains on toilet. Very hot on 2nd floor. We all lived in the 1st floor. Clean in room and sitting room. Easy to access and plenty of shops and restaurants."

"Staff was very helpful in calling for taxis. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. Initially when we checked in, the air con had a funky, musty odor, which after a few hours went away. Rooms were a little small for American type folks. For the price, it was a good deal!"

"Good hotel to stay in Hachioji, near Keio line and a 5 minute walk to JR station. Hotel was nice and clean, but room and floor smelled like cigarettes. If you have any issue with this smell, this might now be the hotel for you. Other than that, no problem. Near several convenience stores(Lawson,7-11,Family Mart)."

"Lovely place to stay at, station is so close by and have loads of food plaves and shops. The staff is helpful and friendly, the house keepers done we great job cleaning the room every 3 days but provided clean towels everyday! Room is great for 2 adults, who go out everyday and explore. Keep in mind the room is small with 3 large suitcases! We had to open 1 at a time so we got space to move. Only thing i am grading low on is the smell of the toilet we can smell from the bathroom every time we opened the door. "

"I'm glad we stayed here for two days.Beautiful neighborhood, nice people, delicious and affordable restaurants, convenience supermarket, next to metro station,love love love this place.I can’t wait to come back.Also the staff helped us to check in a little earlier, that was very sweet."
