"建物は経年が感じられますが室内はリノベーションされておりまた清潔に保たれていました。夕方入室した際暖房で暖められていて冷えて疲れた体が癒されました。駅に程近く、コンビニ、飲食店も充実していました。駐車場はなく、近隣のパーキング周辺は道幅が狭いため少し遠くを利用しました。"

"The host was really good at communicating with us. The room was small as others have suggested and it was difficult to manoeuvre in despite us having only two cabin sized bags. The room also had an issue with dampness as the door and window often has small water pools from condensation. But for the price you can’t complain and it was clean and a good quiet location. "

"清潔で室内で快適に過ごせました。Wi-Fiも使え、キッチンも食器など十分にありましたし、風呂トイレも清潔でした。タオルはバスタオルとハンドタオルなので、フェイスタオルのみ持参した方が良いですね。3階でエレベーターが無いので、荷物を運ぶのは少々大変ですが、仕方がないでしょうね。また機会が有れば利用させて頂きたいと思います。"

"Mr. Kusunoki is such a pleasant man. He sent us the best routes to get to places on multiple occasions, and shared with us many spots to go. He used his many connections to get us discounts on watches, and informed us the cheapest way to buy train tickets, and amusement park tickets. If we come back to Tokyo, we will be staying here again."

"This is not a normal hotel. It is a small apartment with cooking hot plate, microwave, washing machine/dryer. Typical Japanesebth and shower, in room airconditioner. About a 10 minute walk to Kokubunji Train Station. All directions in room are in Japanese. So you will need a translation app. Also office staff has very limited English and they use a translation app too. You will get a feel for living in Japan with a small grocery store about a 3 minute walk. Enjoy."

"The best thing was the staff they were the friendliest and were very polite. It was pouring in Tokyo today and we had checked out not only did they store our bags so we could do a last minute visit in Tokyo they lent us umbrellas which was super helpful with 2 young kids. The rooms feel a little simple but the buffet breakfast and the ladies retreat with free massage chairs and shampoo bar were lovely little touches. Its also less than a 5 min walk from the station the helpful staff and extras...

"Spacious and clean. Moderate queen room was a good value. A good option if you want to stay in the neighborhood. Kichijoji has a very nice vibe compared to the more central neighborhoods in Tokyo. My only complaint was the 5000 yen fee to check out an hour later, at 12pm. Not an unreasonable amount but this is also the only time I’ve been charged this fee in my many trips to Japan. "
