Slow service and poor buffet breakfast despite the location of the hotel, it was expensive for what you get abc really nothing special.

Very plain and basic accommodation. The staff was cold and not friendly. Two of the hotel staff, wearing hotel ID’s and in uniform, actually cut right in front of me at the coffee machine, without acknowledging my presence. The lady at reception that checked us in was the only person that smiled and made eye contact.

Close to castle. Did not like that hotel is under renovation and this was not mentioned on description. Also, description says every room has a mini fridge and they said only suites have a mini fridge. Description says pool and sauna are open from 9:00 to 21:00 but sauna center opens only from 17:00 to 19:00.

NOT as advertised!!
We booked on Hotels.com. The room was supposed to have an in room coffee maker, mini bar, AC, and use of the spa amenities. The actual room had no coffee maker, no mini bar, no AC, and the hot tub and saunas are only available 1700-2100 M-F. And the view was of a parking lot thru a window that wouldn't open!! Because of all the misinformation on the hotels.com website, the hotel agreed to give us a room with a balcony and sea view but still none of the other amenities. The rooms must have very thin walls, we could hear the bathrooms on both sides of us and every guest that walked down the hall.

Ei uudestaan
Seinät paperinohuet, kaikki kuuluu viereisistä huoneista ja käytävältä läpi. Huone todella kuuma, vaikka ulkona n. 20 astetta. Sängyt todella huonot, tyynyt onnettoman ohuita. Kolmen yön vierailun aikana huonetta ei kertaakaan siivottu. Spa jossa lastenallas on auki vain 17-21.

Hotelli oli luultua parempi. Sesongin takia paikka oli täynnä, joten huoneen sai vasta klo.16:00. Kaikki toimi silti yllättävän hyvin, spa puolellekin mahtui illemmalla hyvin ja aamupala oli hinta-laatusuhteeltaan hyvä.

Huoneet kulahtaneita. Sängyt vanhoja, yksi litteä tyyny, hyvä että respasta sai extratyynyn pyytämällä. Huone puolittain tyhjä, yhden tuolin voisi uudistaa vaihtamalla se sohvaan. Siinä olisi ollut mukavampi istuskella kuin tavallisessa tuolissa. Kumma juttu että kylpytakeista piti maksaa, vaikka pääsy kylpylään oli ilmainen. Samoin biljardista veloitettiin. Auton lataaminen ei onnistunut Alexela apilla mitenkään, appi ei tunnistanut annettuja koodeja, se olisi pitänyt lataustolpassa mainita paremmin. Hotelli olisi veloittanut latauksessa käytettävästä luottokortista 25€!!!
