"Excellent staff, so helpful, a lovely man who greeted you as you arrived also walked us to the nearby shop to change up some money. We felt very safe and the hotel also has a shelter which we didn’t expect. The air alarms did not go off once compared to staying in central Kyiv. The hotel is also very clean and luxurious, the rooms were lovely we even had a balcony. Excellent stay!!"
