"Fantastic hotel, the staff polite and very helpful, nothing too difficult . We had a problem with the room, it was promptly sorted, Mickey was absolutely great. The rooms spacious. The restaurant staff great. Taj cape town has become my new fav hotel. I will absolutely recommend it and will definitely stay there again on my return to cape town. "

"Lovely hotel, beautiful lobby bar area. Plesant patio garden where you could eat, drink or chill. We had the Durban suite 2047, which was spacious and luxurious. However situated at the side and back of hotel. Small balcony with poor patio furniture. With no cushions. So not encouraged to sit out there. We ate in the restaurant the food was good. "We arranged to arrive 1 day early before our organized group tour of S Africa. The hotel on request arranged for private car to pick us up at airport after our international flight.
