Could be a lot better with a few changes

On the face of it a good property, clean and the breakfast provided was good. A few things that weren’t great. The bed … mattress is hard and uncomfortable! Although the property has kitchen facilities they do not provide a saucepan but do provide a frying pan?! Or a bowl?! Shower drain was blocked, so had to unblock.

Nice hotel in the middle of farm lands. New, clean and ample space. Loved the balcony on the superior room and the window blinds. Very pleasant staff. Free parking. Highly recommended!

The breakfast buffet opened late. We were at the door at 7:00 in the morning. A man only arrived at 7:10 and let us in. There were still dishes and dirt from the previous day on the tables! By the time we got our food, it was already 7:30. This left an unprofessional impression. Due to the delay, our plans were disrupted.

Great stay close (by car) to airport

We were seeking a hotel for just one night that was on the way to the mountains from the Zurich airport. We were glad we found this one! It's kind of interestingly located, essentially part of a gas-station pit stop right off the highway, but once we walked in the door late on a Friday night we were met with fun music coming from the hotel bar. We did self check-in, which was easy, and then found the room to be clean and comfortable with a smart, modern design and a great shower. The breakfast was tasty with a somewhat limited variety but high-quality ingredients. Would recommend!

A very cute and modern hotel. I see a lot of potential for this company. Overall, the experience was great. The check in process was through a machine which was really fast and easy, especially for our late check in. The hotel was next to a gas station and over a restaurant, as well and a 10 minute walk from the grocery store. There was a small kitchen with a stove and fridge, but no cooking supplies or utensils. This would have made our experience 10/10 with the ability to cook in the space. I think since this property is so new, that this will be improved on, thus I would recommend a stay here. Very lovely and convenient for international travelers.

The hotel is brand new and the views are amazing. It is super easy to get to as it is just off the highway. Parking is free if you are driving yourself. I would have given it a 5 star if the Air Conditioner was working. The temperature in the room was between 25 to 27 C for all 4 days. We checked several other available rooms on the third floor and they were all the same. However, our other room on the second floor was around 22C the entire time. The staff is great and they did their best to keep us comfortable and we even changed the room but just couldn’t sleep in the night due to the heat.

The cleaners did not clean the room during our 3 day stay. We had to call a phone downstairs (no reception except for check in times) asking for new towels, which were then dropped off by the restaurant workers. We were on the top floor (largest rooms) and the aircon was not working so we just spent the whole time with the windows and blinds closed to minimise sun heat in our room. We were told it wasn't working, then told it's a new building...which all made no sense. Nobody came up to help us or check the aircon unit itself. We requested fans to have in the room as it was over 30 degrees and they didn't have any available. The aircon is a really weak fan at best. Also, there was no kitchen equipment or utensils available at all. Not even cutlery. Before check in we received a surprise email that we can hire kitchen equipment for the kitchen. We had no plans to cook, but had we known there are no cutlery, washing up liquid or even more than 2 glasses for a drink, we would have definitely just booked a different hotel. The beds are also really soft and uncomfortable. If you have back issues, I would avoid. The floor is really hard to walk on and no rugs. Lastly, we had issues finding a parking space when we returned back in the evenings due to restaurant guests. The car park is a tight turn and always filled in the evenings. It would make sense if they allocated spaces exclusively for hotel guests as they have no where else to go.

Das Hotel am Rande von Küssnacht bietet gepflegte Zimmer und einen schönen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Leider besteht die umliegende Infrastruktur lediglich aus drei Tankstellen. Da das hausinterne Restaurant momentan geschlossen ist, sollte man sich für den Abend ein paar Butterbrote mitbringen
