"I stayed for 10 days at @Hom Horizon Kudus. I stayed with my father. During my stay there, the staffs are very friendly; however, when it comes to service, they're very slow and the room seems dirty. They didn't change my bed sheets or pillow cases who knows for how long. I noticed that the stain on the sheet was still there, they just made the bed but didn't change the sheets. And I asked for another towel (my 2 towels were dirty and wet), they said I can only have 2 towels per day for 2 people...
