"Very comfortable stay. Two bedroom apartment both on suite and separate toilet. Large lounge area with dining table and a separate kitchen. Washing up essentials provided but no dishwasher. Room was very tired though but clean, needs updating. Fabulous views of Kuala Lumpa. Very good choice for breakfast and plenty of it."

"The check in process was more clunky than it needs to be. Simply let me pay before I arrive online, or have the ability to take payment when picking up the key. Room was fine with a nice large room and wonderful view in a great part of the city. Towels were really old and should be upgraded. Bed was stiffer than it needed to be. "

"Lovely hotel with the best receptionist Farineha who helped me to have an upgrade to a suite with fantastic views over the Petronas Twin towers. You can pick up the hop on and hop off bus outside the towers that only takes 5 mins to walk to. Two shopping malls within walking distance and 2 amazing pools with gym facilities. Everything seems new and well managed. I’ve had to stay an extra 2 nights due to a cancelled flight and extending my visit to stay in the same room was seamless so thank you "

"Every time we reached out to the concierges, they accommodated us and that made our stay less stressful. Thank you We however noticed that the water dispenser didn’t give cold water and the machine to iron clothes was broken. "

"Great location, very convenient, close to subway. Like the skydeck on the top floor of the building, but the swimming pool was closed for a few days due to the new year celebration. The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good."

"Property was located in walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Didn't like the fact we specifically chose a suite with both washer and dryer and the dryer option was not enabled especially when you spend 3 weeks.. Overall, liked the property and would still stay for short period only.."

"The property was just as pictured. Centrally located with awesome views and two pools. "

"Good stay and good location . Unfortunately, not easy to find by the crab taxi and in the maps! Quite a confused location as the signs no obvious at the main road. Easy way is mentioned stop at the Nanara Tun Razak building and cross opposite. That is the easy way . Air-co at Master bedroom has needed refill as no cold as infact hot heat coming out. Overall is a good place and this building still new ( under construction work going on) and not clear signs panel inside this buildings ."

"The staff were amazing, their service and manner were great and very welcoming. They were very polite and felt like they respected us as a guest. I am a very frequent traveller and have experienced many buffets, the breakfast buffet at Traders was the best breakfast buffet I have ever had upto now. There was a large variety of food options and the quality was of high standard too. Overall this hotel is excellent and would recommend it very highly. "

"This was a true 5 star stay. Modern room layout had the bath in the middle with beds, sink, coffee nook and changing area on four sides. broad view of the city center from high up the building. Restaurant and room service food was top notch. And overall service was great. I needed an early morning ride to the airport and the concierge was very helpful finding me a ride. One thing to note: the lobby is at the top floor so one has to take an express elevator to the top then take another elevator down to the rooms. "

"Friendly staff, clean hotel. We were unable to go into the bar at the top floor because we hadn’t booked the most expensive room - we could access it if we paid £80/MR500, which we chose not to. It’s a shame this isn’t made clearer on booking. However, clean room, reasonably central. Pleasant stay. "
