"We didn’t notice it on 1st day but when you come back to the room there is a smell that’s apparent in the front room where kitchen/living room is. Then smell becomes unnoticeable. It’s not apparent in the bedroom side. Cleaning staff was fine but noticed there was a disposable toothbrush kit toothpaste recap under the new items on the tray. It would be nice to have face towels instead of just 2 bath towels. Filtered water in kitchen for drinking is great"

"The hotel was good and affordable price. Very clean and they provided guide to the hotel once you booked in advance. Parking space also a lot and easy to find the room. They also provided hairdryer, iron, ironboard which was very good but they don't have a complimentary coffee or tea to drink even though kettle and cups is provided. The room also have thin walls as we can hear other people voices in the next room very clear haha! "

While the location is nice, and the property itself has a lot of potential, the experience was disappointing due to a lack of basic services and communication issues. "The hotel has a great location, just in front of a very nice beach. The room is quite clean but a bit dated. We could see some scratches on the wall and dirty areas under the sink. The room doesn’t have good sound proof as we can hear people walking, talking on the corridor and can hear sound from the next door room while staffs are cleaning the room. However, it was quiet at night so we can sleep well. Staffs are efficiency at the lobby and offer discount for breakfast which is nice. Breakfast was ok, many options with beach view. You can enjoy the stunning sunrise on the beach and walk along the beach in the early morning which was the best thing I enjoy at the resort. Overall, it was still a wonderful get away trip with Hyatt "

"Hotel and the rooms are getting run down. The hotel is in need of renovation and repairs. We had spacious room and the bathroom was reasonably clean with no hand soap and broken shampoo bottle and 1/3 rd of toilet paper roll. The reception desk staff were rude, and clueless. The area around the hotel is kind of dark and shady. "
