It was wonderful place but unfortunately there was no room service even they came everyday!! They left the utensils on they dining table and didn’t move or wash any of them,I can say the room service deserves zero!

Great Place But Could Be Better ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rooms - immaculate and brand new Amenities - impeccable and clean Staff - not so engaging, service okay Price - great value for money Food - only buffet breakfast available, trays almost empty when we came down to eat. Location - secured but not so accessible and not much to see around the area. Neighbouring dogs are barking most times General experience - room was stinking hot upon entry as aircon was not turned on. Bottled water not chilled in the fridge but places in bedrooms. Too many switches on the walls it is so confusing without instructions/signs. The experience could have been extra ordinary with minor attention details but will definitely stay here again.

What a pity, beautiful place but service not good.

(1) The aircond is faulty but upon informing the Reception at about 6:50pm, instead of trying to solve the problem, they just said that the maintenance department had gone home and can only look into the matter tomorrow. (2) There are mosquitoes in the room.

スタッフがいるはずの時間にいない…職務放棄…寝坊…？？遅れてきても謝らず…マレーシアらしいといえば、らしいですね。国際基準のサービスでは全くないですが、静謐で、新しい設備なのは間違いないです。周りは中華系の街です。好きかどうかはともかく中華系の皆さんの出店は色々あるので食べ物はそちらへ。またはgrab などをつかって街へ出てください。夜は野良犬がうるさく、朝は鳥がうるさいですが、マレーシアの自然な植生や住民の生活が見れるので興味深いです。
