Advertisements very misleading.... the apartments not under Berjaya Group, Thought I got myself a very good deals compared to hotel website but little did I know... Rooms badly maintained though spacious. Pillows and toiletries were pathetic. No phones. Housekeeping on alternate days unless upon request!

Convenient location, but absolutely no service
The Time Square residence is a service apartment with absolutely no service at all. The hotel staff at Berjaya Time Square Hotel told us that these service apartments are managed by agents and not by the hotels. At the reception counter manned by security guards, they too have no idea who is our agent as there are easily 10 of them, each from different companies. To be fair to security guards, they helped to locate the agent. After bringing us to the room and giving 1 set of the keys, the agent left. When we needed to replenish new room supplies like towels, additional bedsheets, it took a while to locate the agent again. The agent would claim that they would come back to replenish but don't take their word for it cos it didn't happen until I chased him for it. The only good point of staying at this Time Sq Residence is its centralized location at Berjaya Time Square, and if you're travelling by coach from Singapore, you can drop off and board your coach at their bus bay, so there is no need to go to Pudu Raya.

Met by another foreign agent at the apartment. Was unpleasantly asked to wait longer than supposed. We checked in to a 2-bedroom suite. Room had an old and stale smoke smell, floor was dirty. Overall, not satisfied. I recommend Hotels.com take this out of their list, as it does not contribute to the good reputation Hotels.com has.
