Short stay at KL 3D2N

A convenient place to stay as there were so many shops nearby… So many eating place within walk-in distance. The staffs were friendly. The toile was super dirty. So much of fungus on the floor shower area glass panel. Though the toilet bowl was clean.

valuable stay for every single cent spent.

A very friendly so so helpful/understandable staffs attended during checkin and checkout. Strategic location closed to LRT stn and restaurants. Room was nice and clean as per advertised picture in the website. I love the design concept of toilet seperated between wet and dry area. Toothkit provided really make me happy compare to other hotel I stayed before. A suggestion to provide a coffee sache in every room is highly value added for me for the next stay. Can't wait to be back again for next trip. Thumbs up for the management of this hotel and their staffs for every single cents I have paid.

真的有點失望, 我訂了7間房間, 一半以上沒有熱水, 洗手盆去水塞, 房間有味道 幸好冷氣還可以。最不滿是突然告訴要收每天RM10的額外稅, 還要我們付每間房RM100的按金, 但之前沒有通知。 走時酒店說有煙味一定要向我們扣除按金, 真的很不愉快 我們連續住三晚, 但酒店根本一天都沒有人來打掃過房間, 還要向我們扣錢 每間房只可給我們一張房卡, 十分不方便

Nice basic hotel

This is a good, clean but basic hotel near the Bandar Tasik Selatan bus station. Our room was large and clean, but the toiletries provided were minimal (body gel only, no shampoo or conditioner). The air con was also not that good and is run on a 'put your key in a slot to operate' mode, which means your room will be quite hot for the first few hours (and it never got cool). Overall though, a good choice if you're catching an early bus to the Cameron Highlands the next day.

Please provide more parking space for customer.

Room is nice and decoration is good but the aircond place is not suitable should put above tv so that night we slept in hot. There is no beverages for coffee 3in1 or tea perhaps sugar n creamer even budget hotel can provide that. No shampoo and travelling toiletries such as shampoo, cotton bud, shower cap and so on.

We booked a deluxe room for a little extra space. It has a unique split level design where we have to walk down 3 steps to get to the bedding area. Wifi signal is strong. The bathroom is beautiful. However during shower, water would flow out from the shower area and flood the whole bathroom. This is certainly an area that need improvement on. There are eateries suitable for different ethnic groups within short walking distance. For the price we pay, it is certainly a great choice of hotel.

My fav hotel for weekend get-away

Room condition is good & new. Staffs are friendly. Alot of shops (food, dobi) near to hotel but not bigger shopping complex. very near to Bandar Tasik Selatan bus terminal.
