"Quiet and relaxing for our one night stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the happy hour in the lounge and the excellent dinner in the dining room. Highly recommend for a retreat in Cameron Highlands"

" VE: The reception staff were exceptionally helpful & welcoming. It was great to have 2 pillows provided per person, instead of having to ask for them. Toiletries, water & coffee, sugar were welcomed, but no creamer/"milk". Breakfast food was great (but the coffee was terrible - weak, awful taste) Minimart was basic, but good. -VE: The property is just old & tired & obviously difficult to maintain. The housekeeping/maintenance staff obviously have a tough job. Mould in the bathrooms & corners of bedroom. Smelly. Sheets too small for bed, old & discoloured, with a "smell". No TV at all. Not a space we really wanted to return to after a hard day in the national park."
