"Great location, very convenient, close to subway. Like the skydeck on the top floor of the building, but the swimming pool was closed for a few days due to the new year celebration. The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good."

"Loved the 2 bed apartment, without doubt this would receive 5 stars if it wasn’t for the terrible sound proofing between floors. I was kept awake for 2 out of 3 nights because of noisy people in the apartment above. You could even hear chairs being moved. Otherwise it was a great spot, small grocery store on ground level that sells most everything you need on holiday. For consideration you are only provided one set of keys so if traveling with a group, enquire with the hotel first. "

"Had a short 3 day stay in KL in a 2 br suite in Jan. Found the room to be great, the facilities convenient and the location easy walking distance to Bukit Bintang / Chankat / Pavillion / Time Square and the air conditioned foot bridges that take you to KLCC. Service from front desk staff was particularly outstanding. Perfect for our needs."

"Stayed here the second time. This time for 3 nights. Hot water was not available. We put up the clean-up-room sign but when we returned the room was not cleaned or tidied up. Only replaced towels and took out rubbish. Room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and next to a shopping mall. "

"We stayed 8 nights in a 2 Bedroom Premium Suite which was serviced daily by housekeeper Hussin. He was very good, very attentive, checking if everything was ok I was extremely pleased with his service and happy personality. Our room included 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one kitchen and one lounge room. I especially liked the washer/dryer in the suite for my long stay. All rooms had a city view. "Hotel location was near KLCC. If you have big family or small kids which requires daily cooking or washing, this apartment would be ideal for you. However, you might want to arrange your own breakfast. The breakfast was served in packed meal and choices were limited. After a few days, you would have tried all the food choices. "

"No flexibility for early check-in. They seem to only let everyone check-in at 3pm so a queue of people waiting. Suddenly at 3pm all rooms are ready. "

"“We stayed for two nights and were very happy with the staff, as well as the early check-in after a long overnight flight. The room on level 9, which is my favorite, was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The only issue was that the towels appeared worn out from overuse."
