"A beautiful property overlooking the nearby park and with a view of the distant KL skyline. Super convenient with IOI City Mall just down the road. We are a family with a toddler and found the swimming pool and mini water park very enjoyable. The room looks newly refurbished, we loved how spacious it was and the small table and seating sofa which was a cosy space for our toddler to play her toys on. The only thing was that the entryway was a bit narrow so pushing luggage and a stroller through was tight. Breakfast had a wide selection, I particularly enjoyed the salad section and sweet treats available. The omelette is one of the tastiest in a hotel I've had. Overall a very enjoyable stay!"

"The best stay that I have had in Malaysia. I stayed in a few hotels but this establishment was the best. From being very peaceful and serene to the amazing hospitality of all the staff I truly felt the most relaxed here. The staff go that extra mile and more to make you comfortable. They took time out to drive me to a medical facility when I was unwell due to my medical conditions. No other establishment would do that. I was treated with care and respect for the entirety of my stay and I also made a few friends for life here. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone. You will not regret it. It has great facilities and the WiFi was amazing. The food was world class with a buffet offering local and international cuisines to tingle the taste buds. I am already planning a return trip with my family very soon. Keep up the good work everyone at team Royal Park Hotel UNITEN. "

"For the price, it was good value for money, the bed had clean sheets and was comfortable, the bathroom was in need of repair as the handle on the shower door was broken, that said the shower was good and hot. Could of done with windows, as there wasn't any in the room's and maybe outside seating in the smoking area. The breakfast was simple but nice and the staff lovely and helpful. We all agree that we would stay here again."
