"Nice place to stay the staff were good as there was a problem of payment which wasn’t there fault! After speaking with Customer care everything was sorted this place only a short walk to shops restaurants and the beach and old town.you get a nice nice view of city from the roof.Highly recommend."
"We had trouble with communication checking in with Radmilla. Part of it was my fault (I don't speak Serbian, and it is their country +it was a last minute booking for us). When I was face to face with Radmilla, her English was great.
The apartment was fine, and spacious enough for 6 of us.
Vela, who I believe works for Radmilla, was an absolute gem. She had zero English, and I had zero Serbian. She was very patient, and very obviously wanted to be helpful. We laughed quite a bit trying to work...
"We had a good time at the place during our stay. It’s a bit out of Budva town that is why having a car it’s a must. Cleaning ladies were doing great job each day. Living room with sofa bed quite small."
"This is a wonderful family owned and operated hotel. I really enjoyed my time here and Igor (the owner) and his family made me feel right at home with their amazing hospitality. Great location, just a short 5 minute walk to the beach! I will definitely be staying here again next time I am in Budva!"
"Well located with very nice staff. I stayed in 2 different rooms and they were both clean and spacious even though my second one was a single bedroom. The hotel is next to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. It’s nested by the hill so it’s quiet. "
"Gorgeous hotel with amazing staff. It has the view of the mountains and the water which were beautiful to wake up too. We were able to park our rental there with ease. They also have a restaurant which is amazing. I highly recommend staying here!"
"The Viola Hotel was well designed and spotless. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was especially well done. The hotel is up above Budva and not in the town center, which was fine for just one night "

"Dusan was extremely helpful prior to our arrival and during our stay. We were really made to feel very welcome & thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel.
The rooftop pool is a great asset.
The only slight improvement that could be made is to the breakfast options. Fruit availability is limited and the hot food could be better.
Overall, this is a fantastic hotel. We stayed in an executive room, which was really spacious, kept very clean and very usefully had a fridge. (There is a supermarket exactly opposite the hotel, which is also really useful.)"
"Great stay ruined by not refunding holding deposit still 1 month after we left. Holding deposit (£1800) taken from credit card instead of put on hold as agreed and has still not been refunded. Poor customer service having to chase for updates with no proof they have actually paid this back to us"
"Amazing stay. Great staff. Tasty food. Everyone was very kind. Location is perfect. Will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family if they come to Budva. "
"Lovely modern property and very helpful friendly staff, especially Aleksandra at reception who helped find my missing glasses. Thought I was out $800 for a custom pair of Oakleys. What a joy to come to the front desk and there they are! "
"It was a trip to relax a bit before having my baby, so it was perfect to stay in front of the beach, with a stunning view.
The place is very calm, and there are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby.
The hotel is beautiful, clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good with a lot of options.
The traffic around was not really good, which made our taxi rides a bit more expensive - this was the only part that we didn’t like, but of course it’s not the hotels fault. Just be aware that this might happen and I think the drivers use the tariff 2 the whole day with tourists, so pay attention to that either.
Overall it was a nice experience, and I would definitely comeback! "
"The hotel itself was a 5 star. Great big rooms, comfortable beds, lovely pool with incredible views, a great private beach, two hotel dinner restaurants and some nice local restaurants to walk to for dinner too with a small convenience type store also nearby. The service was more a 3 star. It was a birthday trip and my partner had emailed the concierge at the hotel before the trip who had said via email that they had confirmed several things (a dinner reservation/cake/kayaking etc) when we arrived the reception said the concierge was on holiday and they did not know anything about the birthday things planned, so it appears the concierge did not book these things despite email confirmation from them. My partner had to ask at least 4 times to try and then book them again. It was difficult for something that should have been simple. One day the cleaning service only gave us 1 shower towel for 2 people. Another day the ice cream at the pool bar had all melted so no ice cream available from there. Another occasion the hot items at breakfast were cold (eggs, beans etc) On my birthday I got a nice card and small cake but this still took my partner asking many times. The hotel food and drink is pricey (€6 for a small coke). Every day they started playing music in the breakfast area at 7am before breakfast was even open, the noise woke me up every day and seemed unnecessary.
Overall a really lovely stay and an amazing holiday and area, just not a 5 star service. "
