"The bathroom lacked a safety rail in the shower, which I consider dangerous because I am over 70 years old. In addition, the electric water heater had a cord which was so short that it could not reach the electrical outlet in the kitchen area. I had to call the desk and ask for an extension cord, in general, there were be no not enough electrical outlets in the room. on the positive side, I thought the room was very beautiful and spacious. "This property is self checkin with no front desk but all instructions are provided the morning of your stay. I stayed in a medium room overlooking a courtyard. It had a handy kitchenette & washing machine. It's really close to the station & the beautiful opera house. It's also close to the Hop On Hop Off bus which is handy if the weather is inclement. Highly recommend & would stay again. "

"the apartments are not located in the hotel but a short distance away, apartments were lovely , clean had everything required for. self catering plus cleaning service if required. Situated in a lovely part of Oslo , transport excellent."

"We booked two 2x bedroom apartments. One was way smaller than the other, but the smaller one I stayed in 404, first night I got bites all over my body which the pharmacist said were mites or bed begs but the cleaner checked and found no trace in the linen. I was moved to a bigger apartment which was way cleaner and way more comfy which was appreciated but just not a great way to start a trip hence the average review.
