"Be very aware of this hotel. Yes its very nice but when they remove access to the outdoor pool and beach whilst weather is still nice and guests want to use it, this is a disgrace!!!! From a policy point of view our expedia booking said Nov-Apr these facilities are closed. The hotel was closing it in October whilst it was still warm and many cheesed off guests! "Amazing hotel with brilliant facilities. The pool and gym were amazing. The food in the hotel was reasonably priced and beautiful. The hotel staff were really helpful and really friendly. The room was really clean and comfortable. Hotel is right next to a mall with supermarkets and eateries in walking distance. Old town is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel but a nice walk. Recommend getting a taxi to and from the airport as you pass the hotel and have to walk about 25 minutes back on yourself...

"The staff were always smiling. The wellness centre is fantastic although i would prefer an On Demand button for the Jacuzzi rather than wait 25 mins. Breakfast was so good, i dont normally eat it but went down every morning. Room waa fantastic and the view of sunrise and sunset is better than the Maldives (i should know after a year there). Only thing i didnt enjoy was the 3am call from the neighbours loud "jiggy jiggy" ;@) but this only happened once. I will be back, no doubt about that."

"The staff were lovely, and the hotel is in a very convenient location, with the Riva being an easy 10 minute walk. However, it's extremely difficult to find, as there is no name outside - luckily, I happened to recognise the metal gates from the listing photos. It's actually just off the square where the bus/taxi stops are, so it's easy once you know where to look. The rooms were very clean, and the shower was great, but there were no English TV channels - only Croatian. There were no tea/coffee...

"We chose a room with a view which was very nice. There was aircon in the room, which is necessary because it is very hot inside the building. Wonderful bathroom with rainfall showerhead, well stocked. Room was not very spacious, but we had a kettle and a small bar fridge with a very nice closet for our clothes and stuff. Walking from downtown to the apartments take around 5 to 10 minutes, it is uphill but easily manageable. Breakfast is good but not excellent. We had to leave early on out last...

"Overall the hotel was good, although personally I would not stay here again. My personal points. Pros 1) staff very friendly and helpful. 2) maids were excellent, room was also spotless. 3) general hotel was clean and well presented. 4) close to a small beach, although the beach was often crowded and the sea was quite shallow, if you like swimming it was possible to wade out 150m to the deaper water. 5) walkable distance to the old town, approx 15-20 min walk depending on your pace. 6) shops...

"The property was great and in a wonderful location, but unfortunately the bar across the road was very noisy we had to go out and get some earplugs due to the level of noise well into the night.
