Upon our arrival the lady on the reception had an attitude. We were charged for Wifi, despite Wifi being included in the reservation. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The Hotel does not have Air condition, and again it was included in the room's description. Thankfully there was a very friendly man working on the reception who actually cared. He gave us another upgraded room - but we had to pay additional $20/night The breakfast was good. The entire Hotel is decades past it's best times, when the pictures were taken. The worst part was the room service completely ignoring DO NOT DISTURB signs. They still go into the room and touch and move all our clothes, cosmetics, everything. Even when being in the room with the sign outside the door, they knock once and then simply enter the room.

Nettes, sauberes Hotel mit tollen Frühstück. Wer nah an Venlo übernachten möchte ist hier richtig. Gepflegt und guter Service. Ausser die Tiefgarage ist für E Autos Verboten. Lademöglichkeiten leider nicht vorhanden. Schade.

Gutes Potenzial mit Verbesserungsbedarf

Die grüne ruhige Lage des Hotels war sehr angenehm. Öffentliche Bereiche und unser Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe. Weitere Pluspunkte waren die für mich komfortablen Matratzen (angenehme Festigkeit) sowie die Vielfältigkeit des Angebots am Frühstücksbuffet. Bedauerlich war allerdings, dass die Bestückung des Frühstücksbuffet an einem der beiden Aufenthaltstage nicht funktionierte z.B. mehr als 15 Minuten weder Brot noch Brötchen zur Verfügung standen und an der Warmstation (Eier etc.) sah es auch nicht besser aus. Unser Zimmer zeigte bei Ankunft an einigen Stellen eine gut sichtbare Staubschicht, Handtücher waren nur für eine Person vorhanden obwohl für 2 gebucht, die Sitzmöbel hatte ihre beste Zeit überschritten und im Bad gab es leider ein paar unangenehme Ecken. Der Service war bemüht, unsere Reklamation im Rahmen der kurzfristigen Möglichkeiten zu beseitigen (Staub und Handtücher). Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Diese Art 'Balkon' war für mich eine neue Erfahrung. Es ist eine offene Austrittsfläche für mehrere Zimmer ohne Abtrennung, keine Bestuhlung, kein Tisch.

Fint hotel men slidte værelser.

Vi boede ud til et stort fælles areal hvor der var meget larm i løbet af natten, fold-ud sofaen var meget slidt, måske 4-5cm tyk. Der var huller i malingen på flere vægge, under bordet hang løse ledninger i en samle dåse, på badeværelset var der noget brunt på væggen. Mygge nettet var ved at falde af vindues rammen. Morgen buffeten var eminent! Utrolig lækker og indbydende med stor variation.

God buffet, flot hotel, men utroligt ringe senge..

Dobbeltsengen var så dårlig at ingen af os fik lukket et øje det meste af natten. Sovesofaen var ødelagt i den ene side, så min hofte lå ned i et hul og derfor lå jeg nærmest på mine ribben i stedet. Badeværelset var beskidt, og badekarret var så højt at træde op i, -og ud af at det var ved at gå galt, da vores fødder skred. Morgenmads buffet var til gengæld virkelig flot og lækker. Men vi drak af en kakao som var gæret. Ikke rart.

Hotel hat Potential. Wir wollten ein großes Bett und ein ruhiges Zimmer. Zimmer war neben dem Aufzug - das sollte man nur nehmen, wenn man nicht gut zu Fuß ist, oder wenn kein anderes Zimmer frei ist. Und das King Bed war zu klein - wir haben uns gewundert, dass man ein kleines Zimmer buchen muss für ein King Bed. Aber es war eine andere Größe. Offenbar wurden bei den Zimmer-Kategorien die Bezeichnungen der Bettegröße vertauscht.
