"We booked the oasis because friends were there but when we arrived we were told we are now stopping at Arabella beach hotel. I'm not happy because that was not what was booked. It's supposed to be 4 stars but i can't see why, it was basic at best. The double bed was two single beds together and separate bedding. They also did not know about an extra day I'd booked and then tried to charge again. The only thing that was good was the food and dinner hall staff, all excellent."

"We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. "Nice rooms but pools were missing tiles. I had higher expectations of the restaurant for a five star hotel. Some of the local staff members were rude - especially this middle aged male server who almost yelled at me for wanting a drink. He messed up the drink anyway - ordered a Cabernet and he brought me white wine. The bellboy was very kind and helpful but the lady at the reception who checked us in was merely mean. Long wait times for everything. Tiny indoor pool."
