"Booked a couple of rooms for the family, everyone loved it! Arrived in a few hours earlier than check-in time from Zakopane, our first room was ready and the second one was ready within an hour. Super friendly staff, everyone was very amicable and polite. Rooms were spacious, more on the classical/elegant style, very practical and comfortable. Great location, it's a five minute walking distance to Stare Miasto. Pool area was good too. Steam room, sauna and jacuzzi and massages available. Highly recommend this hotel! "

"We loved everything about the property and Krakow Old town"

"Beautiful, understated hotel. High design, quality and exceptional attention to detail. The ONLY thing we noticed was the lack of sound insulation. You can hear conversations and bathrooms next door very clearly so just bring some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Everything else about the property (spa, interior design and location, to name a few) make up for this one tiny detail. We’ve already recommended the hotel to a friend and we already have plans to return."
