Nice and modern hotel close to commercial center. Clean, with many services available (wifi, air conditioning, TV, international breakfast. Weak point: young receptionists who don't take care of the customer. Not so welcomenly.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel. A bit out of town but good transport links. Close to KFC, McDonalds and a petrol station. Big shopping centre close by as well. Clean room. Great shower. Comfy bed.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The main issue we encountered was the very limited parking space at the hotel. On one occasion, we were informed upon arrival that all parking spots were taken and we had to leave our car on the street. This important detail should be clearly stated on the hotel’s website to avoid inconvenience. The rooms are small but cozy – suitable for a short one- or two-day visit to Kraków. I would recommend this hotel for a brief stay, especially if you don’t need guaranteed on-site parking.

Room was tidy, and it was cleaned daily. Staff was helpful and very polite. Breakfast had a lots of variety what to choose from and it also changed a little bit daily. Location is bit far from the city centrum and the tourist attractions (about 10-15min and 5-8Eur taxi trip). Airport and highway nearby cause a bit noise, but only if the room window was open.

Very pleased with my stay at Q Hotel. You have a McDonalds, KFC & Lifl on your doorstep. You will have to get a taxi to go into the Main Market Square, but the taxi’s are cheap if you download the Bolt App
