"The 1st room received was not clean and had a ton of someones hair left all over the sink. :-( The second one was in the sections for smokers and it retained that musty/tobacco stench. Won't go back there."

"This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. We were there for 3 nights and from check-in to check-out everything was flawless. The staff were corteous and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and they had everything you could want or need to set you up for the day. We will only ever come back to this hotel when we come back to Kraków. Thank you 💗"

"Not the best local area but if you don't mind a good half-hour too a hour walk pass and through, new buildings,roads and pavement's to get to the good bits it's a good place for a low price. And breakfast was ok to."

"A very comfortable triple room with the double and large single beds in different sections of the room (U shaped room), meant we had a good separation and yet family room. Amazing customer service. Awesome breakfast meant we started our days off on a full stomach!"

"This was the most disgusting "homeless shelter" setting you could imagine. Booked 2 rooms and paid online...showed up and no rooms and the place was disgustlingly filthy and disorganized. Would not stay here under any circumstances. "
