"Super nice hotel if you got Jetlag. Right in the center of the old city walkable to everything there. Super friendly staff that all spoke English because I can’t pronounce Polish even if I could speak it. Rooms were spotless. All the amenities at the hotel that you could want breakfast was awesome. It’s a little pricey for Polish hotels. You can stay in a hostile down the block for like next to nothing. Ha ha ha. I’m too old for that. Don’t worry about the fact that you don’t speak a word of Polish like me. Unlike the ugly Americans most poles know enough to get around and mini know English a lot better than most Americans. If I make it back through Krakow later in the summer, which I think I will, I plan to stay again and use that really sweet pool and do some laps."

"We loved our stay there. The staff was amazing. The receptionist were very helpful in scheduling our tours and transportation. The restaurant and breakfast was great and convenient. It’s the perfect location to walk everywhere. The only thing I would say that for this hotel to be a 5 star would be in the small details like having wash rags available, maybe some robes, something other than a wash cap for free toiletries (although the staff makes up for it with their amazing service specially Adriana helping us with our tours and giving any information we asked for), but that’s wasn’t not a deal breaker at all for us. The cleanliness, service and food was lovely and we would stay there every time we visit."

"Booked a couple of rooms for the family, everyone loved it! Arrived in a few hours earlier than check-in time from Zakopane, our first room was ready and the second one was ready within an hour. Super friendly staff, everyone was very amicable and polite. Rooms were spacious, more on the classical/elegant style, very practical and comfortable. Great location, it's a five minute walking distance to Stare Miasto. Pool area was good too. Steam room, sauna and jacuzzi and massages available. Highly recommend this hotel! "

"Perfectly situated on the central square. A recently renovated hotel so everything was in good order. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Small lift was helpful. Staff were courteous and welcoming."
