"If only they focused on the cleaning, the place it's self was good, but the rooms were never cleaned, the floors never mopped the bedding for a full week never changed, and the towels the same, it was very hot last week we needed clean towels had to request them, the ones left on the floor that are your indication that you want new ones were folded and put up again.
