It was way beyond our expectations in many aspects: 1. Priceless ocean view 2. Clean and new all around 3. Great service front desk 4. Facility with huge work out room, good size swimming pool, beautifully appointed shared work space and shared kitchen. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Hong Kong for business or leisure. A five-star and 2 thumbs up experience.

The hotel is very well designed. Our suite was comfortable, clean, with modern functional design, and had a great view of the sea. Each floor has laundry facilities. There were cafes and bars within walking distance, MRT and buses were right by the hotel. The only down side was the services. Our room was scheduled to be clean every 3 days, but they did not clean our room on the 6th day, only changed our towels. The reception desk ignore my repeated requests for changing the broken coffee cups. There was no dishwasher in the unit, but the hotel also refused to provide any dish cleaning materials, even with request. The roof top bar close early at 10 pm, and also closed every Monday When the manager asked about our stay, I explained what we encountered, but he was genuinely not interested in any negative comments.

We had a wonderful stay with our three children in the two bedroom harbour view room. The room was lovely and clean and the hotel facilities such as the pool were great. When we arrived at the room the bunk beds were much too high for our older kids (3 and 5) so we had to put them in the queen bed and the adults used the bunk beds. Not a fault with the hotel but something to be aware of if you have young children. We also found the floor got really messy quickly so a hand vacuum or small brush would have been helpful. We could have used few more kitchen utensils such as scissors or a cutting board. We loved the space, the sitting area was great and we appreciated having a washing machine in the room. They provided a clean travel cot for our 11 month old baby. At the end of the stay we checked out as normal and the hotel kindly looked after our suitcases and put the baby milk in the fridge for us, however when we returned at 3pm for our airport transfer, the lady at reception wouldn’t give our bags back as she suggested that we had taken the quilt from the baby bed. We explained that we never even used it, and when housekeeping had been on the Saturday three days before they had taken it, which we didn’t mind as we didn’t need it. She was very adamant that we needed to find it and I ended up telling my husband to open our suitcases so that she could search them to see we hadn’t stolen it. In the end she reluctantly let us go but it was a disappointing end to our great stay.

The place is new and it is easily accessible to the MTR. There are few stores nearby the hotel but close at around 9pm. The only thing I don't enjoy is the architecture design; A mirror cabinet is installed in the washroom but it is right above the sink that is very close to the wall. This makes me tuck my head to avoid hitting the cabinet. Overall I like the hotel, there is a park and pool on 23rd & 25th to enjoy the view.

Great place to work and live. It’s 7 minute walk to MTR so quite convenient. There are not many restaurants until they open up below or you walk 10 minutes to the local shopping centre. Taxi’s know the place so generally all good.
