"Property provides a great view but driving there at night can be quite scary. Overall the stay was okay. Only issue was only two towels were given to us when we indicated that there will be 2 adults and 1 child in the booking. Even when we asked the staff, the staff did not give us a third towel"

"one of air conditioner was down. whatever hotel manager call me and explain about this situation and she gave me room discount. But running one air conditioner was not powerfull and seemed show not full performance. As a result, whole room was not enough cool. Hard to relax sleep. "

"The room is pretty new but the surrounding of the hotel is not good. The location is not good, the road connected to the hotel is like a graveyard. The breakfast is not good, very limited items and not tasty. Staff keeps on persude us to eat in the hotel's restaurant, very expensive dinner 40,000 yen per person. Overall not recommend this hotel."

"新しく清潔で、部屋も広くてバスルームとトイレも2箇所ありとても使いやすかったです。リビングダイニングの他、部屋は3つあり2つの部屋は家族でも友達同士でも良いように仕切りが戸になってて一つの部屋にも出来てとても使い勝手がいいなと思いました。ベランダも広く、朝はゆっくりコーヒーを飲みました。周辺はお店はあまりないので少し離れたスーパーで買い出しをして、朝食とか軽く作ったりしてみました。下にはレストランもあり対応も良く美味しかったです。夜１回利用させていただきました。朝食も食べてみたかったです。食事は部屋へも運んでくれるらしく、次回は利用てみたいと思います。洗濯も乾燥も出来て洗剤も置いてくださってたので便利でした。また、古宇利橋まで近くてとても綺麗でした。静かに過ごせる場所でした。"
