Across from the front door was an abandoned building with broken windows and men loitering. "The location was convenient to food and public transport, but the building was old and in disrepair. The flat is in a renovated hallway that appears nice and the room was recently renovated, with a lot of potential. However it's down hill from here. The sheets were torn and dirty with hair and dust. The mattress and sofa were stained. There was a stove and microwave but no cookware, no kettle, etc. 3 shampoos but no soap in the bathroom. Communication was terrible. Three days of messaging...
