"I can’t speak highly enough about this hotel. It has an amazingly helpful staff. Tons of great recommendations to see and do. Everything is with a 10 minute walk. The breakfast was fantastic. "The rooms were spacious, the buffet breakfast delicious and the staff was very friendly. However, our key didn't work. I had to go to the lobby 7 times for this, which was a hassle. Also, in a 5 star resort there should be some things for kids to play with in the pool and more pampering amenities in the room, beside the obligatory shower cap. Also, a free shuttle to Chania would have been a big advantage. "
