"This is a new hotel about 10 minutes drive from kotor bay. The hotel is exavtly as the pics. Warm recrption,friendly and helpful. Very close to Tiv airport and booking comes with free airport transfers to TIV. I had the penthouse and it was really nice with the Jacuzzi. Breaskfast was 5/10. Can be better but service was really good. Please change the coffee too bitter. I will definitely stay here again. "

"Lovely hotel. Very comfortable, largel room tastefully decorated with good amenities (Bvgari). Gorgeous spa area with hamam and gym. Great location right in the middle of Perast on the sea. If the road is open ( closed during high season) do not drive in as it is extremely tight two way traffic. Staff will get you and your bags from the parking area some distance away"

Given that we opted for the all-inclusive option, it would also be beneficial to ensure guests can still order food outside the designated meal times. We went for dinner early, and later on in the evening, we were hungry, and there was no option for room service for us to order food! "

"Location of hotel is good with access to the beach and cafe. It's a short distance from the old town with a bus stop just outside the hotel which cost 1 Euro. I had a room in the adjacent building in -1 level with a garden view. Room was nice but some details showing signs of age and wear especially the bathroom. Sauna facility was good. "Wonderful hotel, staff super friendly and attentive. Stayed here for a week. I’d recommend getting a car to visit nearby kotor, tivat and other sites Montenegro has to offer. If you’re staying at the hotel parking is free. I’d recommend the restaurants around the hotel as well. "

"The property was ideally situated in the heart of the Old Town. The staff on arrival and throughtout were great and very accommodating. Breakfast was consistently very good/excellent! The rooms were spacious, warm, cosy, clean and were cleaned daily! I would definately revisit and recommend. "

"The staff was excellent. They surprised me with a bottle of wine and dessert for my birthday and went out of their way numerous times to make us feel special. The room was very well appointed and had a separate space my wife could do some work when needed.
