Excellent Stay

The stay was amazing, the breakfast was delicious, and there were some great restaurants nearby. The only downside was the noise of the ventilation at night.

One week of buiseness stay

Well. It os a big hotel in Kokta Center, close to a Galleria. My room was in need if an updating, soecially the toilet/shower. Watercrane loose, water from shower leading out on the floor. Old, dark, interiors in room and toilet. The bed was dated and not as comfortable as you can expect. Housekeeping do miss things every day. Breakfast is good, buffé. A little little of the things on buffét was different during my week stay. Meeting facility is ok. Fresch refreshmets. Garage is tight and in basement, €15/day. Restaurants (3 different) has different food offers. There is a night club, Las Palmas, closing VERY late, however i didn't hear any noice from the Club on my room at floor 7. 3 saunas on floor 8, and a small gym with one machine. Reception is frienly and helpful. I feel that it is a overpriced hotel compared to standard given.

This is a centrally located hotel with a very nice and accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. For dinner, there are 3 different options all inside the hotel and several others within close walking distance. Overall I really enjoyed this hotel. They also had a nice gym downstairs.

Great experience, exceeded expectations!

Great service, great location, good restaurant, a very pleasant 3-day stay. Kotka overall was a very pleasant surprise, enjoyed the parks, Wellamo and Maretarium very much. Not to mention the big bathtub and the mirror on the ceiling:) Pleasant surprises:)

Love the hotel have been there before, however at the check out the receptionist was not the most friendly I would say. The room was prepaid she said if I wanted an invoice I have to go to the app where I booked and get it there. I didn’t quite understand as normally they give me the invoice there , but she seemed annoyed Jsut for the simple fact of explaining me. Also this time the room didn’t have a bad tub. Instead was a good room with a very tiny shower in one side and bigger shower in another side where a bathtub would have been great.

neu renoviertes, großes Doppelzimmer, Frühstück mit viel Auswahl, genug Parkplätze rund um das Hotel an der Straße, sehr freundliches Personal, supersauber!! Restaurant nicht genutzt, aber es sah sehr schön aus und war auch von Einheimischen gut besucht. Komme bestimmt wieder!
