"Excellent location 2 minute walk from Christmas markets in Wolności Square. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Apartment was very clean and modern and had all necessary amenities for a short trip. We did have trouble working the heating but this was most likely user error and would most likely have been an easy fix had we asked. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. "

"A fantastic apartment set up, great value for money. No more than 200 mtrs from the town square, which has lots of very good eating places, from cheap to not so cheap but all very good for what they served at the price. Good local beer at reasonable prices, everyone was very friendly and cheerful. Lots of little artisan bakery cafes very near the square."

This time there were two maintenance issues which the housekeeper should have reported before a guest is inconvenienced: (a) the showerhead holder was loose and couldn't be positioned properly, so the showerhead had to be held in hand while showering; and (b) the safe box was found locked and couldn't be opened with the code provided by the office. Jednak mam kilka uwag co do stanu np drzwi wewnętrznych w apartamencie - są one pourywane lub naderwane. Nie zamykają się. Z klamką w drzwiach od łazienki również trzeba się siłować. Hidden Gem

"We received a warm welcome, early check-in and complimentary upgrades. Bedrooms were a reasonable size with extremely comfortable beds and free bottled water, replenished daily. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, although a larger breakfast room is needed. The Restaurant was lovely with melt in the mouth steaks. Special thanks to Matthew and Jacob. Fab location for sightseeing. "

"The property is very clean and the staff are courteous and professional. My only suggestion is change the toilet paper. The paper is really rough. I needed water to soften it or it will like sandpaper. Also, the in-room courtesy water bottle will be better if one just regular. As a tourist, I am not a fan of carbonated water. The hotel can offer still/regular water. Thank you"
