"I have enjoyed my stay at Almassa aparthotel very much. It was very clean and the receptionist Mr Hossam is kind and helpful. He gave us a lot of information and provided extra covers and pillows. "Horrible treatment and hotel. No one seems to speak English and we were told we dont have a booking. It took over 2 hours to finally get Hotels.com to speak to them via an interpreter to honor the booking. Would not recommend and would not visit again. "

ISG Sabiha Gokcen Airport Hotel - Special Class

"I have used this hotel several times before. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is that it does not have direct access to the airport terminal building. There used to be a shuttle, but they cancelled that too. The terminal building can only be accessed via a walkway. This is an extremely uncomfortable way of access, and a major problem in bad weather conditions. The hotel needs to have direct access to the airport terminal restored immediately."
